Hard Questions at a Party Empty
PostSubject: Hard Questions at a Party   Hard Questions at a Party EmptySun Apr 10, 2011 2:57 pm

Hi you wonderful think tank. I had a party last night with some people who were already very educated about food storage. Tough questions I need help with!

#1 - Is our TVP made with "American Soy" or "Oriental Soy"? Apparently there are two types and one is healthier than the other...

#2 - Are the seeds in the #10 can Hybrid or not? I hope not, it wouldn't make much sense if they were. Anybody actually try to plant these seeds? I would think removing the oxygen from the can would actually kill the seeds. Any input here is great...

Phew, it was a tough party. Wish I had an expert that lived closer and could have helped me with that one!

Thanks for any help! Diantha

Holy crap, those are hard questions!! You probably just need to email them in to parties@shelfreliance.com. Or call the Director in your upline. They may know who to ask to get you answers fast instead of waiting on SR's back logged email.

I'll send them the email, thanks for the tip! I'm also going to the meeting with Jason Budge tomorrow in Sacramento, maybe I'll ask him (because I'm SURE that's some knowledge he can just pop off the top of his head LOL!)

Hi. Okay, the seeds........I forget teh correct term, but they are the kind that once you plant them, they are good to go for years after.......the seeds make plants which will regrow (I'm tired, but you know what I mean.....so I think that means they are "non hybrid" right?

but don't forget,we are soooooo out of stock on those

someone has more info on the seeds posted on their blog......search like crazy thru the regular discussion forum and you might find the link

...she has photos of her seeds opened, etc...........

Diantha - where are you from? I too am going to the Sacramento event.

The seeds are non hybrid and can be replanted.

Not sure about the type of soy though.
