It doesn't last more than a feew days after it's made. Not having all the perseratives in it, it doesn't keep very long. I would suggest not making a lot at one time.

Does anyone know what the shelf life of the Instant Milk is once it is made? I had a customer ask. I told her that it didn't last long enough around here to know!! HAHA Also told her that you can only make what you need so you don't worry about it going bad.

Just a heads up on the Instant Milk. The price list says it is 80 servings, the can says it is 97. That can be a significant difference if you are costing out recipes and such.

I totally agree. It is fabulous. I made up a cup for a party last weekend and gave little samples and everyone loved it. I am going to do that each time - I have some little cups like for the bathroom and just gave small samples.
I'll have to say that I am extremely pleased and surprised! As a new consultant I had not tasted the Instant Milk yet and was a little scared to be truthful. I had seen some posts about adding sugar or vanilla to make it taste better. I don't know what they were talking about because it is great! Once I got it cold, I couldn't even tell a difference. I just had some on a bowl of cereal. I am going to mix some up and put it in the milk jug and I bet the kids don't even notice!!
