You can go in to the front end of the site and log in and your account dashboard shows all your orders as well as the status of your order. Unfortunately when it shows completed - that does not mean necessarily that it has been shipped. It only means the order has been processed. If you click on the details of the order in that status section it will show you a tracking number if it has been shipped. If there is no tracking number then the order has not been shipped yet. It also shows you on that list whether the order was a Q order or not. When I open a new account for a customer I always keep their temporary password. That way I can get in to their accounts to check status on things. Some people are very computer savvy and active online. Those customers usually have changed their password and handle all their account stuff themselves.
